The Finnish Doctoral Programme in Higher Education Administration,
Management and Economics (HEAME) hereby invites applications for three
four-year doctoral student positions. The call is open from 15
September to 17 October, 2011.
HEAME programme hereby invites applications for three (3) funded
positions as doctoral students for the period 1.1.2012-31.12.2015. The
salary of the funded positions is based on the "Salary System for
Universities": the salary of the three funded positions will be based
on "job demands" levels 1-2 (currently 1,716.53 -1,867.48 euros per
month) plus individually determined "work performance component",
which may not currently exceed 46% of the "job demands" salary
component. Selected doctoral students are expected to engage full-time
in doctoral studies and doctoral dissertation research.
HEAME is a programme offered jointly by two units, the Higher
Education Group (HEG), School of Management, at the University of
Tampere and the Higher Education Governance and Management Unit
(HEGOM) at the University of Helsinki. Students selected for the
programme will be enrolled at either the University of Tampere or the
University of Helsinki. HEAME has been granted funding from the
Academy of Finland and the Ministry of Education and Culture for the
period 2012-2015.
